What is HamHam?
HamHam is a parent-powered, hamster-themed learning game. It turns school questions and homework review into cute missions kids finish with stars, rewards, and encouragement.
What subjects can I use?
Reading, math, Filipino, English, spelling, and general school subjects. Because you add your own questions, you can practice almost anything your child is learning.
Can I add my child’s real homework questions?
Yes. You can type your own questions or import homework and review items, then build them into missions.
What age is HamHam best for?
HamHam is designed for young kids doing early school practice. You control the questions, so you can match the difficulty to your child.
What happens during the 2-day trial?
You get free access for 2 days with full voice and music and a Parent Mode preview, so you can see if it fits your child’s routine.
How many missions are included in the trial?
Half of the built-in missions: 6 of 12 Easy, 6 of 12 Medium, and 6 of 12 Hard.
What happens after the trial?
Your child’s progress stays saved and HamHam shows a real learning snapshot. You can then choose to unlock Premium.
Is my child’s progress deleted after the trial?
No. Progress remains saved on the device and keeps growing if you unlock Premium.
What does Premium include?
All built-in missions and difficulty levels, full Parent Mode (custom questions, homework import, custom missions), progress tracking, backup & restore, more rewards and characters, and no ads — for one child, one-time ₱299.
What does Family include today?
Family (₱599) is coming next. Today its multi-child profiles and separate child progress are not built yet, so Family is not on sale — you can join the waitlist to be notified. Everything Premium does works now.
Is HamHam a monthly subscription?
No. HamHam uses one-time pricing — no monthly subscription and no auto-renew.
How does manual payment work?
When manual purchasing is available, HamHam creates a reference code and links you to a payment page with GCash / GoTyme QR codes and instructions. You pay, send your proof, and receive an approval code to unlock.
Where do I send payment proof?
On the payment page you’ll find a “Send Payment Proof on Facebook” button that opens a chat with Jommel. Send your screenshot and reference code there.
How long does manual approval take?
Approval is done manually after your payment is verified, then your unlock code is sent to you. We’ll confirm timing when manual purchasing goes live.
Is HamHam safe for kids?
Yes. There’s no public chat, no strangers, no social feed, and no ads. Practice is parent-controlled and progress is visible to parents.
Does HamHam work like an app?
Yes. HamHam installs to a phone or tablet home screen and works offline like an app.
What changes when HamHam goes to Google Play?
Future Google Play releases would use Google Play Billing or another officially permitted payment flow, instead of the manual website payment used for direct/PWA purchases.
