Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 July 2026
HamHam Learning App is independently created and operated by Jommel Santos, based in Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines. These terms describe how HamHam actually works today. They do not claim compliance with, or certification under, any particular law.
These terms cover your use of the HamHam website and app. By using HamHam, you agree to them. HamHam is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian is the one accepting these terms.
1. Who these terms are with
HamHam Learning App is independently created and operated by Jommel Santos, based in Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines (“we”, “us”). References to “you” mean the parent or guardian using HamHam or allowing a child to use it.
You can reach us at jomsantosva143@gmail.com, or through the Facebook Messenger link used throughout this site.
2. Parent and guardian responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Supervising your child’s use of HamHam.
- The device HamHam is used on and who else can access it.
- The questions and content you add, import, or create as missions.
- Deciding whether the difficulty and material suit your child.
3. The free trial
HamHam includes a free trial of 2 days, giving access to a portion of the built-in missions across each difficulty level. When the trial ends, your child’s progress remains saved on the device and HamHam shows a learning snapshot. You are never charged automatically, and the trial does not convert into a subscription.
The trial exists so that you can test HamHam before you pay — the activities, the features, and whether it runs properly on your device and in your browser. Please use it. Section 5 below explains why that matters.
4. How buying HamHam works
- HamHam is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. Premium is ₱299 one-time and Family is ₱599 one-time.
- What you are buying is digital access — delivered as a device-bound unlock code once your payment has been verified. Nothing is shipped to you.
- Payment is made manually by you, using your own e-wallet app, and is not processed on this website. This website never collects card or bank details.
- You then send your payment proof and reference code to us, and we approve each purchase manually.
- Once approved, you receive an unlock code. That code is bound to the specific device it was issued for and is verified offline by the app.
- Because the unlock is device-bound, reinstalling on a new device or switching devices may require contacting us for a new code.
Payment is made through GCash or GoTyme, from your own app. We never collect your card details, PIN, or account password.
5. Digital purchases are final
HamHam gives you a free trial of 2 days specifically so that you can test the app, its features, and whether it works on your device and browser before you pay anything. Please satisfy yourself during the trial.
Once valid paid access has been verified, delivered, activated, or used, the purchase is final and is not refundable simply because you changed your mind.
What a purchase gives you
A purchase grants a limited personal or household licence to use HamHam. It does not transfer ownership of the app, its source code, artwork, characters, stories, audio, questions, or any other content.
What is not a change-of-mind refund
We do not give change-of-mind refunds for any of the following:
- No longer wanting the app.
- Not using all of the features.
- Expecting a feature that was never advertised.
- Not using the free trial before buying.
- Clearing local data or uninstalling the app from your home screen.
- Changing device or browser.
- Losing local progress, or not having made a backup.
- Sharing or misusing an unlock code.
Losing access because you replaced a device, reset a browser, uninstalled HamHam, or cleared your storage does not automatically qualify for a cash refund. What it does qualify for is help: once you show us reasonable proof of your purchase, we can issue replacement access.
What we will always look into
We still review, and will put right, genuine problems including:
- Duplicate payments.
- Incorrect amounts.
- A verified payment where access was never delivered.
- An unlock code that does not work.
- Receiving the wrong edition.
- A confirmed material defect that cannot reasonably be corrected.
For problems like these we may correct your access, issue a replacement code, deliver the correct edition, refund you where that is the appropriate remedy, or provide another remedy required by Philippine law.
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
To raise a purchase problem, email jomsantosva143@gmail.com with your payment proof and reference code, or contact us on Facebook Messenger.
6. Your progress is stored locally
HamHam stores your child’s progress on your own device rather than on a server. This means that uninstalling HamHam, clearing your browser or app data, resetting the device, or moving to a different device can permanently erase that progress. Please use the backup feature if the progress matters to you. We cannot recover local data, because we never hold a copy of it.
7. Educational use
HamHam is an educational and entertainment product intended to support practice at home. It is not a substitute for formal instruction, a teacher, a tutor, or a school curriculum, and it is not an assessment or diagnostic tool. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, grade, or improvement.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
The HamHam name, characters, artwork, audio, and built-in content belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use HamHam for your own family’s personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly perform HamHam’s content, attempt to bypass or forge unlock codes, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it.
Questions and missions you create remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use any material you import.
9. Changes to HamHam
HamHam is actively developed. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and availability may be interrupted. Some features described as “coming next” are not built yet and are not sold as part of any current purchase. We may also update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with the “Last updated” date shown above.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
HamHam is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that HamHam will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to HamHam is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost local progress. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Philippines.
