Children’s Privacy Notice

1. Who HamHam is for

HamHam is designed for young children doing early school practice, used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. A parent sets up the questions and missions, and a parent decides which device HamHam is used on.

2. What information exists while your child plays

As your child plays, HamHam creates things like:

HamHam does not ask a child for their real name, address, phone number, email address, school, or location.

3. Where it is stored

All of it is saved only in the browser storage on the device your child is using — the same way a browser remembers a game you play offline. The app makes no network calls while your child plays.

4. What never happens

5. Forms are for parents, not children

A child does not need an online account to use HamHam — there is no sign-up, no username, and no password to create.

The contact form on our website is intended for parents and guardians only. Children should not enter a name, email address, contact details, or payment information anywhere on this site or in the app. If you believe a child has submitted contact details to us, please get in touch and we will remove them.

6. How you stay in control

7. Videos on our website

Our marketing and tutorial videos do not load until someone presses Play. If Play is pressed on our main promotional video, a Vimeo player loads and Vimeo may collect data about that playback. If Play is pressed on an installation tutorial video, a YouTube player from Google loads and Google may collect data about that playback. This happens on our public website, not inside the app your child uses. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Questions

HamHam Learning App is independently created and operated by Jommel Santos, based in Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines. If you have a question about your child’s privacy, email jomsantosva143@gmail.com, or use the Facebook Messenger link found throughout this site.

Once we have verified that a request genuinely comes from a parent or guardian, we will normally deal with it within 30 calendar days. Remember that information on your child’s device is already yours to clear at any time — see How you stay in control above.
