Children’s Privacy Notice
Last updated: 20 July 2026
HamHam Learning App is independently created and operated by Jommel Santos, based in Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines. This notice plainly describes how HamHam behaves today. It does not claim compliance with COPPA, the GDPR, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, or any other law.
HamHam is made for young children to use with a parent or guardian. This page explains, in ordinary language, what happens to a child’s information. The short answer: it stays on your device, and we never receive it.
1. Who HamHam is for
HamHam is designed for young children doing early school practice, used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. A parent sets up the questions and missions, and a parent decides which device HamHam is used on.
2. What information exists while your child plays
As your child plays, HamHam creates things like:
- An in-app profile and the character or cosmetics your child has chosen
- Which missions were completed and which questions were answered
- Which answers were right on the first try and which needed another go
- Stars earned and rewards unlocked
- Any audio or photos used by app features
HamHam does not ask a child for their real name, address, phone number, email address, school, or location.
3. Where it is stored
All of it is saved only in the browser storage on the device your child is using — the same way a browser remembers a game you play offline. The app makes no network calls while your child plays.
4. What never happens
- It is never uploaded to us or to any server.
- There is no account to create, so there are no child credentials anywhere.
- It is never shared with third parties.
- It is never used for advertising — HamHam shows no ads at all.
- There is no chat, no social feed, and no way for a stranger to contact your child.
- We cannot see it. Not because we choose not to look — because we never receive it.
5. Forms are for parents, not children
A child does not need an online account to use HamHam — there is no sign-up, no username, and no password to create.
The contact form on our website is intended for parents and guardians only. Children should not enter a name, email address, contact details, or payment information anywhere on this site or in the app. If you believe a child has submitted contact details to us, please get in touch and we will remove them.
6. How you stay in control
- The data is on your device, so you hold it — not us.
- Clearing the browser or app data for HamHam, or uninstalling it, removes the information.
- There is no cloud account for us to delete on your behalf, because none is ever created.
- Backup and restore saves a file to your own device. Where that file goes afterwards is entirely your choice.
7. Videos on our website
Our marketing and tutorial videos do not load until someone presses Play. If Play is pressed on our main promotional video, a Vimeo player loads and Vimeo may collect data about that playback. If Play is pressed on an installation tutorial video, a YouTube player from Google loads and Google may collect data about that playback. This happens on our public website, not inside the app your child uses. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Questions
HamHam Learning App is independently created and operated by Jommel Santos, based in Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines. If you have a question about your child’s privacy, email jomsantosva143@gmail.com, or use the Facebook Messenger link found throughout this site.
Once we have verified that a request genuinely comes from a parent or guardian, we will normally deal with it within 30 calendar days. Remember that information on your child’s device is already yours to clear at any time — see How you stay in control above.
